the company has a very impactful mission and I get the gratification of seeing products I work on used in most needful places. As a small team, everyone knows everyone and is empathetic at the time of need. You never are stone-walled or annoyed "corporate-polices". Fresh grads are given an opportunity right out of school! Unfortunately, some first-job graduates have a "bean-bags and happy-hours" vision of a start-up. They get disappointed and write irresponsible comments.
