Pros
- Best-in-market compensation + benefits - Strong emphasis on making sure we only spend time on meaningful projects and tasks; Creador outsources as much as they can - Opportunity to work closely with founders and top management as an owner instead of an advisor at a junior level (can't get this anywhere else) - This is a group of some of the smartest people I've met, including CEO and top management; everyone at Creador functions at a completely different level and the same will be expected of you - It's a very lean team so nobody has time for politics / gossiping - Everyone is very close on a personal level too; lots of hangouts and trips outside of work
Cons
- Hours are relatively long but still healthier vs. comparable firms + at least you're spending your time on meaningful tasks - Optics will still matter especially to CEO regardless of your performance (though this is likely true for most workplaces) - Can easily get caught up in doing a lot of internal reporting work as much as you try to automate certain things
