Pros
pretty much nothing, they pay well that's about it. Avoid working for them unless it is the only option, don't trust a thing they say and get every thing in writing.
Cons
- management are a joke, run it like you are working for a communist country - internal IP is mostly fictional, none of it actually works - so much middle management who have no idea and just complicate everything - people that have just been there too long who are stale and protecting their jobs, useless with no skills so they just try and blame others
