- There is little to no training provided when you start. - The training and feedback that is provided is inconsistent depending on who is giving the feedback. - Contradictory feedback. - Reports are completed by freelancers and are sent to editors incomplete, slowing the process down and adding to the editor's workload. - Time constraints are not realistic because the quality of the reports vary heavily and cannot be always be completed in the same amount of time. - There is very limited communication and feedback.

Lack of communication and professionalism from the scheduler. Decline in assignment opportunities with no reason, which raised concerns about consistency and fairness.
