Pros
Nothing really positive to say about them. they don't really care about their employees well-being and their policies towards employees is constantly being made more and more difficult for anyone to feel at home and comfortable working there.
Cons
Constantly changing the way they operate and never for the better. Upper Management who are making the changes do not really understand all the positions that are there and will not listen to the employees who actually do the different jobs so as to understand what employees concerns are and therefor make good decisions and changes.
