Pros
If you've never worked for another investigation agency, it's an OKAY place to start. The pay is decent and paid for travel past 30 minutes but prepared to work 7 days a week to reach 40 hours.
Cons
Where to start.... -Maybe the worst employee care I've ever seen. Investigators are just names on a piece of paper, and they could care less about the individual. Worked here for nearly 6 years and was a top performer year after year which essentially means nothing. There is no one looking out for you, and when you get screwed over (which you will, consistently) you'll get told the same old response "company policy". -If you carry over PTO and don't use it in time...its gone. They won't pay you, won't warn you its expiring and won't work with you at all. -Be prepared to work 7 days a week if you want to get a full work week -A good friend of mine who was an employee for 15 years at the company passed away...not even a mention of it from the company, had to find out a week later when I called him and his wife told me...crazy. -Good luck getting to know people you "work" with seems like they intentionally try and prevent that from happening. -Only one possible pay increase a year with zero wiggle room, regardless of performance. Raises are minimal as well. -Virtually no path for advancement and this has driven away many good employees
