Pros
Training is plentiful and useful.
Cons
Promised 40 hours a week, work exceeds that amount however they are not considered "billable" hours. Give your folks a baseline salary. No one I spoke with actually worked 40 hours and was paid for 40 hours. Instead, they were brow beaten and rarely spoke up and consequentially worked over 50 hours or more hours and were challenged about every minute and still did not make 40 hours. The mistrust is staggering, the micro management and pay methods underlines that mistrust. Before starting, I read a review on this site that said, "great training, get the training and go find a real investigators job". I found out first hand how true that was. I was surprised that this company rated as high as 2.2 stars.
