      Pros

      Great team and good with investing in staff.

      Cons

      Leadership is not familiar enough with how the business works and does not work, which has lead to the current predicament the company is in. Reckless behaviour regarding finances, giving money to companies that are far below standards of work, for solutions and services that clearly do not provide any value to the company. Bad behaviour and attitude within the company is allowed to exist and is not challenged.

      Pros

      Supportive and capable management, with clear guidance and trust in the team. Good level of creative freedom and opportunity to contribute ideas. Work on real campaigns that go live and make an impact. Collaborative team environment with strong working relationships.

      Cons

      The redundancy process was difficult and could have been handled with more transparency and care. At times, wider organisational decisions created uncertainty for employees. Some inconsistencies in communication during periods of change.
