It's a small bank so everyone knows everyone and cares. The PTO is almost unbeatable. The CEO and CFO are always accessible and open to discussing pretty much anything with you. The head of retail banking at this location is a super fun dude.

It's a small bank so it sucks when you get an email that so-and-so has been let go or took another position somewhere else.
