      Competitive pay that is higher than most. Holiday bonuses are awesome and GM gives a great Christmas gift.

      No real kitchen leadership and a lack of communication.

      Pros

      It's a fun place to work. You can drink on the job and bartenders will actually serve you on the line. Sunday off, no lunch. Waitresses tips out 25% so boh gets a higher wage.

      Cons

      The owner is a severe alcoholic and stumbles around. Very difficult to work for. Always has new employees and quick to fire anyone for the smallest things. Kitchen crashes almost every night. Really young immature staff. Small kitchen and large dining room / patio. No PTO. Hard to take time off.
