Pros
Decent comrade between employees, transfer of knowledge from seasoned employees to new employees. Decent vacation and 401k package.
Cons
Supply Chain can't procure products leading to huge loss of revenue. Engineering team is bloated, a lot of work leads to minimal progress. Layoffs hit the company at the end of fiscal year, more work being piled onto folks. Huge turnover the last 12 months, people leaving for better jobs and roles are not being backfilled. 2 years underperforming and not meeting revenue forecast.
