Leadership enables & prioritizes very, very toxic behavior Promotions are by favoritism rather than merit Overtime is frequent & mostly expected Constant “do more with less” mindset Open disregard for employee well being (eg if you share that you have a medical issue or you need support, many bosses here offer 0 empathy) The above are to a degree that is simply unethical
