      Pros

      There is lots of overtime opportunity.

      Cons

      Head HR will say one thing and do another, promises made will not be kept, nepotism is strong with this one as well. Even if you have skills over others they won't promote you to a different position they'll pick their favorites. Hot work environment no cooling so upwards of 120 degrees. And a social atmosphere that feels worse than high school.

      Pros

      Lots of work to do Minimal supervision IT Director great guy

      Cons

      No real onboarding process (need to be able to figure things out from the start) Manager struggles to provide proper feedback to team members Working overtime with no overtime pay and expected to do as your told (no voice) IT Help Desk Office located in area where air quality isn't the best Will be ridiculed for personal beliefs
