      The people of Cortland makes this company great. Fellow associates are very kind, supportive and encouraging. Management is always available to listen and to talk through employee concerns and ideas. The benefit package is very good and the pay very competitive.

      This company is not for the faint of heart. It is fast paced and requires dedication. Hard, diligent work is rewarded and appreciated. It is growing so there's always new faces and procedures to learn and adjust to.
