      Pros

      The product is fantastic. People outside of leadership are empathetic. Family environment.

      Cons

      Consistent pressure from leadership to meet unrealistic expectations. Very poor management styles. Yelling and shouting. Lackluster salary. No HR department; your direct report is your HR. It would make sense that the only positive reviews are from sales since they lack accountability and strong-arm others. Lot of churn in last year due to aforementioned reasons

      It is a great place to work, lots of collaboration and team work, there's help when you need it

      Cons

      Be prepared to work on multiple projects simultaneously, It can get really overwhelming with different meetings.
