My teammates and supervisor are great to work with. Coworkers from other departments are very nice and helpful. Management are kind, fair, and have their employees in mind.

Remote work makes it hard to get to know your coworkers. However, they created a culture committee to have remote "events" to help staff engage with each other outside the daily grind, which helps.

The only good thing about this company is that they are so disorganized that they don’t catch anything you are doing that is undesirable. Call in sick to work every week. Fine! 30 minutes late for work everyday. They won’t notice. Nearly kill someone? They have no clue! It is a great place to hide out if you are a horrible, lazy employee. They just want warm bodies.

Worst company I have ever worked for. They try to run on a skeleton crew, and under pay then. Therefor, they get bottom of the barrel staff with constant turnovers. More travelers that permanent workers. They don’t have policies about things like sick leave, pto, etc. HR cannot even answer basic questions about what is offered or expected. No training, and no communication. Everybody does whatever they want with no consequences.
