Pros
Employees need time to recharge, and CSOD has the perfect leave policy in this regard. Option to Work from Home is an added advantage. However this depends on the type of work the team performs. Had the opportunity to work under 2 different Managers; both have been awesome. Remember, it is the Leadership that breaks or makes the company, and I am glad to have worked under 2 awesome people Managers.
Cons
1. Instead of making more acquisitions, the company could have invested in upskilling their own employees. I believe this could have averted the recent layoffs. 2. Small gestures can mean big for some: scrapping off monthly Internet expenses under reimbursements was not a good move. 3. Very reserved on Team spendings. In my 2 Years of working here, I haven't met any of my team, nor does the Organization organizes any such get-together events for the employees.
