Pros
The company in general was a great fit and the culture was excellent - although a very busy environment, people always took time to check in on you and assist, whenever possible. I personally had a chance for a lot of growth in the business, which I am forever grateful for. :) I developed so many additional skills while employed at CornerStone GRG, which were all supported and funded by the business.
Cons
When first joining the business, I felt heard and that my opinion mattered. As the business grew, this became less and less the case. Also, although some other reviewers have pointed out the 'hire and fire' mindset, within my department it wasn't the case - which led to keeping people on board who didn't seem to bring much value to the department and overall business.
