      Pros

      Corgan brings in some nice projects. Office/ team events are nice. They also have a pretty big presence in the industry.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely unorganized. A lot of inexperienced staff. No drawing standards. Teams are understaffed and undervalued.No diversity where it counts. It’s extremely difficult for minorities to grow here. White privilege reigns here and discrimination is extremely obvious.

      Corgan is made up of great people who really invest in each other and want to help each other grow and succeed.
