      Pros

      Super friendly staff made it easy to fit in right away. Built relationships that will last me a long time. Everyone works hard and is making sure they’re doing something and checking off lists. Resident, prospect and lead focused. Great sales and marketing experience. Very collaborative culture. Everyone wants to help you learn.

      Cons

      Onboarding can be a little chaotic. Expect you to work at least 15 hours which can be tough if you are a full time student, but it’s great if you want the hours and sales experience.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
