Worst Experience of my career - Recruiter Core Group Employee Review

Absolutely no training given. manager support was horrific. being new into recruitment it was like being given the wheel of a ship for the first time and being asked to park it in the dock. Being asked to do one thing.. then immediately being asked to do something else completely unrelated... over and over and over and over again. Management didnt seem to care.. Management left early every day and took longer for lunch than everyone else. No respect given... 100 call expectancy per day in my first week as a brand new recruiter
