      Pros

      If you’re good at your job, this is an easy gig. The money is better than average but not great.

      Cons

      No challenges. No stimulating work. Management is all talk. Promises and talking up the company, only to be disappointed. Promotions are based on relationships and your submissive agreement to those above. Not much room for disagreement or individual thinkers.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
