Lots of overtime, too many new policies - Certified Pharmacy Technician, Infusion I Coram Employee Review

Cleaning. For hours. Every day...every week, and every month. Clean enough to eat off the floor and ceiling. Long hours, not always time for breaks. Must stay until last order is compounded, and everything has been cleaned to Federal standards. Can become lonely, just you inside your hood, especially on weekends when there is only 1 technician on. Management can be pushy, expecting compounds and cleaning to get done in unrealistic time frames, mostly those whom have never done either before and don't know the process.
