The people who work here are open and friendly. I have been warmly greeted and welcomed by virtually every member of the team. In addition, this team, from one end to the other lives the Promise made to our community. A truly refreshing work environment.

Not enough housing available. Limited shopping and dining options.

The facility serves many people.

There are many conflicts of interest, especially with people are children of board members. They are often favored and are free to wander and slack in their work, while other employees would get reprimanded. Employees are poorly treated and if they dare to question a manager or try to point out things that are wrong they are instantly fired. I am constantly corrected and rarely encouraged, even though I do my best, given the circumstances. While working here I have been put on anxiety medication and have had to get BH counseling. Many people are entitled and if you try not to get sucked into it you're made out to be the bad guy.
