      I cannot think of any pros that this company has

      Management is horrible there's no room for growth anywhere in the company unless you are someone who is up managements minds and they move you to different positions that you don't even ask for but yet move you when you make a complaint about someone that is threatened you you are the one that got in trouble for telling that you were threatened

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
