      Wage descent in some areas.

      Cons

      Favoritism is huge here. It is a hire and fire mentality. As well as plant shut downs regularly a week at a time so hard to schedule p.t.o. Management is distant for towards the off shifts and overall would never recommend this as a place of work.

      Great company to work for, awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
