Pros
Good coworkers, easy work. Everyone gets along. Run multiple machines. Time flies by. Easy to fit in and communicate. Professionally done orientation
Cons
Work everyday when there is more money else where. Needs pay wages higher to keep employees. The front office needs “nicer” tones besides just in the meetings. They need to work as much as we do to see why we don’t wanna be there 7 days a week. Needs more life-work balance
