Horrible Management - Lineman/Boat Operator Cooper/T. Smith Employee Review

The schedule is 24 hours on and 48 hours off, but the time off is ruined because you get ran from job to job all night because dispatch who they treat as royalty picks and chooses how good or bad your shift will be. The management team are so unprofessional and slowly starting to micromanage, bringing morale to an all time low. For the type of work and level of danger we are extremely underpaid, while management thinks we are overpaid. They’re is also no room to move up in the company!
