Pros
The online technical library. It was nice being sent to the training center for training. I enjoy this company, just wish it was easier to keep track of my jobs with a list the technicians have access too.
Cons
More online videos through CoolSys academy and podcasts. It’s expensive to flight down to training centers. With videos I can watch them in between jobs or listen to them on the road. Once everyone gets home it’s hard to focus on work. Even if in the morning after safety training work in tech training. For the Cooltek app it would be nice if the technicians had a list of their incomplete jobs. Quoting is a disaster, we should be able to quote small jobs/follow ups ourself send them to an advisor to overlook and sent back to us in an hour or less to give/email to customer directly.
