Enjoy the culture, leadership is accessible, sales is mostly left to grow how we want as long as we are hitting quotas.

Still in start up mode so sometimes things change really fast and it's not communicated well to the field.

The leadership here is top notch. It’s clear the company genuinely cares about its employees and wants to see everyone succeed in their role. The level of communication between team leaders and team members is outstanding — better than anywhere else I’ve worked. You always feel supported and in the loop.

Honestly, not many. Like any company, there are challenges with growth and learning curves, but the leadership and communication make it easier to navigate.
