Be Weary - Sales Representative Converge Medical Technology Employee Review

When I was working for them, my grandmother passed away, 3 months later my father in law passed away, the day after that my mother in law had a heart attack (she is okay). A month later I was talking with my manager and had a breakdown where I was telling him I was struggling with what was going on and I need help and all of that. Two days later I was laid off. They said they did not have enough business to support a rep in Fort Worth and that nothing was my fault, then 6 months later they hired someone to backfill my position. All they talk about is culture, yet they clearly do not care about the well being of their employees
