Good managers good colleagues. Work life balance. Yearly company holiday trip. Job load for this project also at minimal. Stress free. Fun job.
Cons
Company major retrenchment in 2019. As Hp kitting is a side project. Arrow decided to retrenched many side project as to focus on main project. Carreer progression is very hard unless those seniors resigned. Seniority concept is super strong here.
