Not a great place to work now, but was good earlier!

Bad work culture, Bad Salary procedures, No hikes No salaries, No good HR management, No Senior employee to guide the juniors.
Asks to work in long nights and Sunday's too, Even after doing hardwork there is No Recognition and Appreciation.
