Pros
Really nice environment to work in, colleagues are all friendly. The company funds a social committee who have arranged some great events. The company is very flexible and understanding when it comes to time off work for appointments. Directors are approachable, always happy to answer questions and offer guidance. Most IT equipment is now modern and fast. Good holiday allowance
Cons
Communication between the different teams can be poor. There are no efficient systems/processes in place at the moment to resolve this issue. This leads to bottlenecks and the need for chasing internally before things get done which can be very frustrating. Company's internal systems are good but need refining to make it more user friendly. Sometimes changes are made to them without notice which can be disruptive.
