Do not micro-manage and left to produce deliverables, where they clearly trust and employ us to crack-on with the job, offering autonomy and freedom, choosing to WFH if required....whilst always being available for guidance.

Can't think of any and much better than most companies I have worked for.

When I worked at contracts IT, it was very good specially the team. Navaid and Naheed specially were very good managers. Very inclusive, definitely a work hard play hard environment.

My first week was awful, I had been told that “I’m getting paid to be on the phone”. Always being pushed to stay until 8pm with no real reason to, just to be on the phone and calling up people who’s already having dinner or just not interested. Also so much emphasis on trying to get leads to the point that some candidates put us in there blacklist. We only had one LinkedIn recruiter license and it was for a fake person.
