All employees participate in a very substantial quarterly bonus program that often exceeds our salaries. This makes us feel like our contributions are really appreciated. Truly any manufacturer that thinks they can match the performance provided at a lower cost in-house has to be joking themselves. Amazing company that offers 100% virtual work and great opportunities for advancement.

Because we become accustomed to the great quarterly bonuses some younger employees lack the maturity to understand that the business is somewhat seasonal and they resent when their bonus goes down in the slower season.

The people at the top seem more interested in doing the right thing and knowing the long term growth of the company will come from the great Karma. Internationally experienced senior management, open door policy, good ideas are implemented quickly, this company can make 'turn on a dime' improvements and does not take long to make decisions. It is abundantly obvious that the ownership and senior management love their employees and consider employees, suppliers, trading partners, outsources and customers as internal and external customers. There is a family business feel with some major corporation minds at this company. They have a goal of making life easier for all concerned.

Like any new business model some of our potential suppliers and potential customers just don't get it. The ones that do love what we do for them!
