work is daily and consistant. they leave the doors open in winter so the toxic chemicals will blow in to the community.
Cons
management is clueless, and not people oriented only numbers count. People have zero value to this company. Praise is non-existant, raises are less than half of inflation. people regularly get hit by the forklift drivers. Upper safety management just laughed. Stating, " I hope that doesn't happen again.
