Good Compensation Lots of room for creativity, NO standards Interaction with remote colleagues is possible, a lot of investment in business trips

Cons

Very little training Scope is not well defined when doing projects Majority of projects consist on saying a lot of good intentions and delivering minimal results Minimal use of technology for virtual collaboration, they are always pushing for face to face meetings, which delivers better results but are more expensive and requires much more time

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
