The work is hard but the more you put in the more you get

For management and administrative staff, you can pretty much do what you want and get away with murder... For me that was nice. There was a lot of flexibility and once in a while I'd meet a cool person working there.

The demographic of people they hire is so low-balled. Cars were frequently broken into in the parking lot. They try require you take "ethics courses" that were straight up teachings of L. Ron Hubbard - the creator of Scientology. The HR department was very lacking and played favorites a lot. There was an unfair pay scale for the people on the phones. The sales floor smelled horrible, also.
