Pros
I've worked at 5 or 6 companies in a similar field and I've never encountered a more open and proactive organization in terms of employee progress, training, and professionalism. The senior team take enormous pride in the company culture and delivery to clients. There is a a great variety of personalities within the group and anybody considering working here should be confident that they are engaging with a company that cares about their staff and conducts itself thoughtfully and proficiently .
Cons
I've been working here 4 years and the progress has been astounding to the point that in the last 18 months its hard to pick anything that negatively impacts me or any of my colleagues. I guess the pace of change is sometimes difficult to keep up with but in this industry is necessary and given the current climate if you can't deal with change it's probably not the best fit.
