Good hours and paid time off, but poor culture - Sales Negotiator Connells Group Employee Review

Very poor company to work for

Been there 3 years and still basic sales neg, No promotions received all talk but nothing happens. Commission is useless as need to hit threshold to receive any. Pretty much work 6 days a week every week then get complained at when request time off without getting paid any extra. Paid peanuts for mileage and wear and tear on your own vehicle. In 3 years of working at the company I have seen the whole region of staff change twice! Staff turnover is very high. Can't access any policy handbooks while on mat leave so dont know your rights.

Hybrid working, strong team feel, supported by management & strong emphasis on the ability to grow within the company.

Low basic salary to high output expectation thats not just sales based.
