Pros
Honestly? I love working here. I worked across various agencies before and none were perfect. Some better than others, but C3 is actually such a good work environment. You don't have to pick wfh or office - you decide what works best for you. I'm not british, but the work from abroad perk makes it possible for me to work from home, see my family and friends without having to sacrifice annual leave. That is such a bonus for me. I'm lucky to be working as part of a fabulous team with great communication, which makes my day to day so much easier. Naturally as it's a marketing agency, things go quite fast paced and can switch around a lot. I find that good, because it means, you don't get bored, but it is an environment you will have to enjoy, if you want to progress. I've never had a problem bringing up issues or concerns with line management or higher ups and even in stressful periods, the team is doing their best to manage workload for everyone.
Cons
The agency is growing, that means there is currently a lot of talking and things happening in the background, that not everyone sees. You can get people that just aren't happy but they also will not really speak up. Nobody is perfect and there is no "perfect job" or agency, that will just fit for everyone. There will always be hiccups, currently the industry is changing and everyone is trying to figure out how to deal with things. (If they say they aren't, they're lying).
