I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Conifer. Contrary to prior management teams I've worked with, Conifers' senior management team has done a great job navigating through an acquisition, private equity investment and a divestiture. They have remained disciplined in executing their plans to continually refine processes and systems to effectively support their clients. High marks from me on this given all the balls in air! And, I developed some solid friendships with people who like to work hard and enjoy collaborating and managing through the changing times together. Very exciting times!

There has been a lot of (good/healthy) change, but it will be nice when they have implemented all system conversions and rolled all clients to new systems.

Collaborative environment, solid, disciplined management with a keen interest in the employees wellness and engagement in the firms initiatives.

Would like to see more employee training and development.
