Pros
Overall the job is very easy. If you enjoy kayaking it will make this job feel as if it were a hobby.
Cons
This place is very poorly managed. Employees are allowed to do anything they want. It seems that those that work hard are punished by being assigned more work and those that avoid work are given jobs so easy that a monkey could do it. There are no breaks given to the molding crews and the place is extremely filthy all the time.
