Pros
After working at Confluence I can see that they do their best to foster an open, honest, and family-inclusive type of environment. One of the biggest things that I appreciate is their importance on “self-development”. Hence why the FDT program was created. They not only encourage but motivate each other to strive for a better version of themselves. Before we got hit with covid, Confluence tried to foster a balanced, healthy lifestyle by planning out sports events, get-togethers so it’s not just all work and no play. I’ve learned and grown a lot working in Confluence, not just career-wise, but personally as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better company, team, and colleagues.
Cons
One of the cons would have to be the salary incompatibility.
