Pros
I really like the project I am working on and how quickly it moves and evolves. There is also a lot of freedom in choosing the approach to the problems. You can choose you working schedule or work remotely. The compensation includes 6 weeks of paid leave, paid medical insurance and company discount for fittness clubs.
Cons
Depends on the team and the project. I really don't have anything to be complaining about. The company is actually great
