I’ve been with the company for several years, and it's only gone downhill. Promotions sometimes come without a pay increase. The company lacks culture or initiatives that benefit employees. A recent example highlights this: at the London Christmas party, the company told everyone they didn’t spend a penny on the event. The minimal drinks and snacks provided were sponsored by brands, and employees were asked to tag these brands on social media throughout the evening. Essentially asking employees to be influencers instead of being properly rewarded for a year of hard work. Leadership continues to make baffling decisions. Before the latest round of layoffs last week, the CEO announced a mandatory return to the office four days a week, despite the office being severely overcrowded with 400 fewer desks than needed, for a chaotic work environment—teams already struggle to sit together, noise levels are unmanageable, and meeting rooms are perpetually booked due to constant calls with global markets. Employees are expected to shoulder the added costs of commuting and meals for a workplace that offers worse conditions than working from home. Top management lacks trust in their teams and each other, fostering an environment where strategies are constantly changing and layoffs occur regularly. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of care for employees that are generally very talented.

Great to be in proximity to such amazing brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair and the New Yorker

Cons

Pay is absolutely criminal unless you're "bonus eligible." Another billion dollar company crying poverty. Also, absolutely zero possibility of advancement.
