I have a wonderful team of professionals that see each day.
Cons
No way this place averages 2.5 stars. They let key people walk and let go of others. I working my tail off to keep my head above water, which has netted me <1% annual increases over the last three years. PS, no bonus and discontinue of 401K match. They still expect me to work 16 hour day. I have confirmed that competitors value me at least 20% more than I presently make. This places sucks your soul and bleeds you dry. There is zero commitment to employees. The bottom line prevails and drives all decisions. No loyalty, no recognition and frankly, no incentive to remain. Short-sighted executives
