Paid time off is good.
Cons
BPO company continues to state they are looking to offshore as much work as possible. It's better for their bottom line and share price. Continually asks what can you do for the company and no raise in years. Lousy health insurance that is costing $500 more in premium pymts on the employee's end for 2018. They hire new people based on what salary they will take vs experience. Then the expect experienced staff to compensate and take on more work. Turn over for management is very high as the good ones leave for better jobs.
