      Consider growing with another organization if you're a licensed Health care professional. Conduent lacks true structure, leadership and violates company polices in retention, training and overtime practices and you're job is not guaranteed long term. Utilize your skill sets and knowledge with another company that values your intellect and your well-being. Also, this company is downsizing to meet financial goals and incentives and raises are rare.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
